Pavel Shalev

I grew up in Sofia, where I graduated from both my secondary education (at the First Spanish Language High School) and my bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy. Until the age of 22, nothing but my passion for mathematics suggested my future career in information technology. I started my career as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, and later moved on to developing custom software solutions. 8 months after the beginning of the programmer's career, the circumstances forced me to head the Development Department, which helped a lot for the rapid accumulation of experience. I believe that the introduction of software products in the management of the production process frees employees from routine repetitive activities, reduces the chances of making mistakes and allows people to put their efforts into more creative tasks. I like to spend my free time with my family. My wife and I have three wonderful children - two boys and a girl.
